What payment method do you use? Is it Safe?

What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipping using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, DHL and USPS. If you require a specific carrier for your convenience please let us know.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Regular Shipping is FREE for orders over C$100 for Canadian and USA customers. We also offer more shipping options like expedited, Xpresspost and priority mail depending on your location.

How are custom fees, duties, and tariffs handled?
Custom fees and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and order details. For US customers, please note that due to the 2025 US tariff changes on imports from Canada, you may incur additional import duties of up to 25% on certain products. Actual charges are determined by US Customs and may vary— we recommend checking the latest US Customs guidelines for your specific items. Sporting goods like tennis equipment may be affected, potentially facing a 25% tariff if not USMCA-exempt. We use landed cost calculations to estimate these fees upfront, but they are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are subject to 1-3 business days of processing time. Shipping Time is estimated from 2-5 business days depending on your location and Country.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All returned items must be returned in new, store-bought condition to receive a refund with tags and packaging in tact (if applicable). All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a store credit for the appropriate amount.

Customers are required to cover postage on all returns unless the item(s) in question are defective. We will cover your return postage if the error is our fault (defective or wrong item sent).
