Shipping Policy
- FREE ground shipping on orders of C$100 for Canadian Customers or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations (more information below).
- OVERSIZED PARCELS (E.g. tennis ball cases, hoppers, baskets and tennis nets) do not qualify for free shipping.
- Orders below C$100 are subject to a shipping fee.
- All orders require a minimum of 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Returns & Refund Policy
Extended Holiday Return Period
We are pleased to offer an extended return policy for purchases made in November and December. These purchases may be returned until January 31.
Standard Returns
We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
All returned items must be in new, original store-bought condition, with all tags and packaging intact (if applicable) in order to receive a refund.
Items returned after 30 days from the original purchase date will be eligible for store credit only, issued for the appropriate amount.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In those cases, ATR Sports will cover the return shipping.
All returns and refunds must be approved before items are shipped back.

International Orders
For international orders, only the product cost is eligible for a refund.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable, whether they are paid at checkout or upon delivery. These fees are charged by customs authorities and are not recoverable by ATR Sports once paid.
Product Return Conditions
Racquets

Racquets must be in brand new condition to be eligible for return.

Racquets that have been used, restrung, or regripped are not returnable.

The plastic wrap on the handle must remain intact.
Footwear

Please wear clean socks when trying on footwear.

Footwear must be tested indoors on a carpeted surface to prevent damage to the soles.

The original shoe box must be returned with the footwear.

The shoe box must be placed inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process the return or refund.
Apparel

All original tags must remain attached.

Please avoid deodorant, makeup, perfume, or jewelry that may damage or mark the garment.

Apparel that is worn, damaged, or altered will not be refunded.
Bags
-
Bags must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
Strings
-
String sets and reels may be returned only if they remain unopened and in the manufacturer’s packaging.
Accessories
-
Overgrips, dampeners, goggles, and other accessories must be unused and in original sealed packaging.
Balls
-
Tennis ball cases and tubes must be unopened.

Once opened, tennis balls become depressurized, and therefore cannot be returned.

Sale Items
Items discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Multiple Returns
We value customer satisfaction, however the following conditions apply:

Processing Returns
Items that do not comply with our return policy will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, ATR Sports will issue a refund to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
