Overview

At ATR Sports, we offer a mix of advertised promotions, sale pricing, and occasional automatic checkout offers. This page explains how those discounts work, what they do not apply to, and why a code may not reduce every item in your cart.

If a promotion is shown on a product page or at checkout, these terms apply unless that promotion states something more specific.

WELCOME10: 10% off your first order

WELCOME10 is our advertised new-customer offer. Enter the code at checkout to receive 10% off eligible products.

How it works

  • Code: WELCOME10
  • Amount: 10% off eligible items
  • Minimum purchase: C$100 (before taxes and shipping)
  • Limit: One use per customer, intended for a first online order
  • Where: Online store only

What WELCOME10 does not apply to

  • Sale, clearance, and already-reduced items. If a product already shows a sale price (a lower price next to a regular or compare-at price), WELCOME10 does not take a further 10% off that sale price.
  • Manufacturer-restricted products. Some current models cannot receive an extra promotional discount because of brand or manufacturer pricing rules. Those items may be regular-priced or already marked down. If the code does not reduce an item, that item is not eligible.
  • Tennis ball cases and other oversized ball-case products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that already have another discount applied, including automatic checkout offers or another promo code.

The 10% is calculated only on eligible line items. Ineligible items stay in the cart at their listed price and still count toward the C$100 minimum only if our checkout treats them as part of the subtotal. If the code appears to do nothing, the products in the cart are not eligible.

How to redeem

  1. Add eligible products to your cart.
  2. Go to checkout and enter WELCOME10 in the discount field.
  3. Confirm that the 10% appears on eligible items before you pay.

Sale and clearance pricing

Many products on atrsports.com are already discounted from their regular price. That sale price is the offer on that item.

  • Sale prices cannot be combined with WELCOME10 or other promotional codes.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Return Policy.

Automatic checkout offers

Some offers are applied automatically at checkout. You do not enter a code for these. Examples include quantity offers on certain racquets, and selected brand offers.

  • They apply only to the products or quantities they are built for.
  • They do not apply when manufacturer constraints apply. Some current models cannot receive an extra automatic discount because of brand or manufacturer pricing rules, even if the quantity or brand offer would otherwise qualify.
  • They cannot be combined with WELCOME10 or other promo codes.
  • If an automatic offer and a code both exist, checkout will keep the offer that the system allows, not both.

We do not publish every automatic or private code. If an offer is meant for you, it will apply at checkout or we will give you the code directly.

Other advertised programs

Free shipping

Free ground shipping on qualifying orders of C$100 or more (before taxes and shipping) for customers in Canada and the United States, with remote-location and oversized-parcel exclusions. Full details: Shipping Policy.

Price Match Guarantee

We will match an identical in-stock product from an authorized retailer, subject to proof and the exclusions on that page (including clearance and promotional offers). Full details: Price Match Guarantee: Terms and Conditions.

Newsletter signup gifts

Some product pages mention a free grip or free socks with newsletter signup. That is a separate courtesy offer, not a checkout discount code, and it does not stack with WELCOME10 as extra percentage off.

What never combines

  • Two promotional codes on the same order
  • A promotional code plus an automatic checkout discount
  • A promotional code plus a sale or clearance price on the same item
  • WELCOME10 plus Price Match on the same item

Why some products are excluded

We are an authorized retailer. Brands sometimes limit additional discounts on current models (including MAP / manufacturer pricing rules). We also do not stack a promo code on top of a price that is already reduced. That is why WELCOME10 is advertised as 10% off eligible items, not 10% off every product on the site.

General terms

  • Promotions apply to the online store unless we say otherwise.
  • Minimums are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping, unless stated otherwise.
  • We may cancel a discount, limit quantities, or refuse an order if a code is used in a way these terms do not allow.
  • ATR Sports may change or end any promotion at any time without notice.

If a code does not apply and you believe the item should be eligible, email info@atrsports.com with your cart contents or order number before you complete checkout. We can explain the exclusion; we cannot always honour a code on a manufacturer-restricted or already-discounted item.
